Mango Sauce

This mango sauce is a must-try – you’ll want to pour it over everything! It’s luscious drizzled over ice cream or pancakes, and it’s so easy to make. You only need 3 ingredients and 5 minutes to get this mouth-watering sauce.
Looking for a refreshing, juicy dipping sauce for summer rolls, vegan nuggets, vegan fish or vegan chicken dishes? You can even add this to stir fries to make a lush, fruity Thai-inspired vegan feast!
Choose ripe mango for the easiest blend and richest flavor. Recognize ripe mangoes by their reasonably heavy weight. They’ll also give a little when squeezed.
Keeping it sweet? Pour this gorgeous sauce over our Homemade Vegan Ice Cream, or drizzle over our Vegan Pancakes, it’s delicious any way you slice it!
- ½ ripe mango
- generous Tbsp coconut butter
- agave syrup, to taste
- Peel and cut the mango.
- Blend the mango and coconut butter together, adding agave to taste. If it’s too thick, add water, a spoonful or two at a time, until you get the desired consistency.
