Banana Muffins with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
- 1 cup multi-purpose flour (or 120 g)
- ¼ cup apple sauce (or 60 g)
- 1 medium banana, mashed
- Dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup brown sugar (or 100 g)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together until you have a very sticky mixture.
- Pour the batter into a muffin tin. Fill each muffin cup up to halfway.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- After baking, cool to room temperature and serve.
