Description

Just wait until you get a taste of this refreshing mango sauce you are going to want to pour it over anything sweet! This is luscious drizzled over ice cream or pancakes, and the fact that it is so easy to make it’s such a nice bonus. You only need 3 ingredients and 5 minutes to get this mouth-watering sauce.

Pour it over our delectable Homemade Vegan Ice Cream, or drip it over our Vegan Pancakes, it’s delicious either way!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ ripe mango
  • generous Tbsp coconut butter
  • agave syrup, to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the mango.
  2. Blend the mango and coconut butter together, adding agave to taste. If it’s too thick, add water, a spoonful or two at a time, until you get the desired consistency.
