Challenge 22 : Terms of Use

General

Challenge 22 programs may use different platforms, such as Facebook, WhatsApp, emails, or other social media channels, via personal communication or group forums. Accordingly, your consent to participate in Challenge 22 constitutes your consent that Animals Now and the Challenge team will communicate with you via all such channels and your permission to receive content from us. You agree to receive emails and other communication from Animals Now from time to time.

You may request at any time to discontinue receiving emails and other communication from Animals Now and/or that your contact details and personal data be removed from our database by contacting us at info@challenge22.com. For further information on your rights please see our Privacy Policy on our website.

Any reference to “content” herein includes ideas, pictures, files, and other forms thereof.

Any reference to “Animals Now” includes their affiliates and transferees, their managers and employees, and all members of the Challenge 22 team and mentors.

License and Rights to Use, Liability

You undertake not to share any content unless you have the right to do so, including the use thereof under the terms herein. You grant Animals Now unlimited rights and license to use any content you share, with or without credit.

You may use any content of other participants for private non-commercial use only. You will not hold Animals Now liable in the event any other participant uses your content in any manner other than as permitted herein.

Each participant is fully responsible for any content it shares and Animals Now shall not be liable in any respect with regard to content shared by other participants or your reliance thereon.

Privacy

The terms of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use shall apply and you hereby consent to abide thereto, provided however that in the event of conflict the terms herein shall supersede unless otherwise required under law.

You are required to regard as private and confidential any information of private nature that is shared by other participants. Information of private nature includes all information other than information that is in the public domain. You may not disclose or use the private information of other participants and the Challenge 22 team, including contact details such as email, phone number, or social account details, without the participant’s prior written consent.

You are aware that Animals Now may locate your country/region and use such information in connection with the Challenge 22 program and other communication with you.

Nutrition and Health

You are hereby informed and aware that your participation in the Challenge 22 program, including all content published in the group, i.e. questions and answers, explanations and tips – is not a substitute for professional counseling (nutritional, medical, or other), and that the responsibility to eat a healthy, balanced diet rests exclusively with you, the participant.

Animals Now and the Challenge 22 team will not be held accountable for any health problem or other issue that can occur as a result of your nutrition during your participation in the Challenge 22 program. Additionally, you are aware that the medical and nutritional information given in the program is general and cannot take into account specific conditions or personal requirements of each participant.

The Challenge 22 program, in itself, cannot be an exclusive framework for people with diseases or with special health/nutritional/mental conditions, such as eating disorders, gastrointestinal or digestive diseases, bariatric surgery, and pregnancy. In such cases, it is highly recommended to get additional personal counseling with an appropriate healthcare professional, in place of or in addition to participation in the Challenge 22 program.

Termination

Animals Now may end your participation in any and all Challenge 22 programs, at its sole and absolute discretion and shall not be required to explain or support such a decision.

Animals Now may discontinue to operate any and all Challenge 22 programs, without notice, at its sole discretion.
